We want to make the ordering and receiving process of our customized products as seamless as it can be. Please read our refund, return and warranty policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Policy :
Baazi Store aims to offer premium quality products along with a smooth delivery system. Returns are possible only in the case of products being damaged or defective. However, in case of a return please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions as we cannot accommodate returns for items with concealed damage or shipping damage until the insurance portion has been concluded between you and the shipping company. It is very important that you understand the proper way to accept your customized poker table to protect yourself from hidden shipping damage.
We will honor exchanges and refunds on all Baazi Store Tables and other customised products up to 30 days from the Date of Order. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. In case of returns, the freight must be properly packaged and arrive back to us in new condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for customised tables (Custom Graphic, Template Design, Exotic Vinyl, Etc.). In case the product is damaged during its return transit, we will itemize damaged or lost pieces and deduct it from the total refund amount. If you are initiating a return, please take time to package the products for the trip back to us! Please notify intentions of return/exchange and to receive RMA by emailing to us at info@baazistore.com.
Price Adjustment Policy :
You may request a price adjustment within 30 days from the Date of Purchase. This excludes items that have been purchased on clearance, closeout, and third party retailers, including exclusive Baazi Store dealers. If we are able to make an adjustment, we will refund the price difference to the original source of payment. No coupon codes or sales promotions may be combined at any time.
Warranty:
All Baazi Store Tables are covered under our LIFETIME WARRANTY for manufacturing defects. We back our products by a lifetime warranty on non-consumable parts. Non-consumable parts refer to the structural integrity and craftsmanship of the table including fasteners, legs, feet and finish. The list of consumable parts which are not included in the lifetime warranty are playing surface, armrest material and foam components. Consumable components are available for purchase and replacement on our website, under accessories!
How to file a claim:
All manufacturing claims require a documented account of the issue and purchases. Please send all in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to info@baazistore.com. Our Customer Service Issues representative will reply confirming receipt and get any additional details within 1 business day. We will figure out the most convenient and efficient solution to the situation and address accordingly. Please note that manufactures claims are very different from shipping damage, please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions to be covered under shipping insurance so we can send shipping damage replacement parts for you immediately. Concealed damage from not properly inspecting and signing the bill of lading is NOT a manufacturing defect and must be appealed by the customer directly with the freight company. In the event of concealed damage claims denied by the freight company, we do have replacement parts available for sale, but all that can be avoided by following our Shipping Receiving Instructions.
Replacement decisions are the sole discretion of the Baazi Store, it is our promise to provide you with a quality, long lasting poker and game table.
