Baazi Store is an online platform offered by M/s Baazi Networks Private Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 13-H, GROUND FLOOR S.N. CHATTERJEE ROAD, Kolkata, KOLKATA, West Bengal, India, 700038 and its branch office at MYRIAD QUEST PRIVATE LIMITED Shed No 2 and 3 Kila, No.19,Master Road, Wazirpur, Faridabad Haryana, 121002, GST:06AASCM0709P1ZX PAN: AASCM0709P (hereinafter referred to as “Baazi Store”, or “We” or “Us” or “Our”) that enables users (“You”) to purchase our products. These conditions are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 4 (2) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 that necessitates the publishing of the name \[www.baazistore.com\] (“Website’) and details of the Website.
These Terms and Conditions and other conditions on the website form a binding legal agreement between You and the Company, on the basis of which You may visit, access, or use the website, mobile applications, and related services (“Services”). We reserve the right to periodically review, update, or otherwise modify any part of the Platform Policies at Our sole and absolute discretion, and accordingly, You are advised to keep Yourself updated on the latest versions of the Platform Policies. We will provide You with notice of any material modification to the Platform Policies, and Your continued access and use of the Services after such notification shall constitute consent to the modified Platform Policies.
The following are policies regarding the handling of returns and warranty coverage for products purchased from us. Because we want to provide you with the best value and still have low prices on all of our products, we have the following policies:

Return Policy: Merchandise Return
- If you are making a return, please phone (we will not accept faxes or emails) with complete details and reason for the return. After being approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and will also be issued a return address. After receiving the RA number, ship the package to Baazi Store in the original package and in the original condition. The customer is responsible for original and return-shipping costs, unless the item delivered to the customer is damaged. If the item shipped free, however, the customer will be charged for original shipping costs for any of those items that are returned. Any return or exchange must be notified to and authorized by the sales representative, by phone only, within 14 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted without an RA number and authorization by the Baazi Store’s sales person. The product/products will not be accepted for return if the product appears to be used. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted. Please Note: There are NO returns on special order items.

Shipping Damages For Items Arriving Via Freight Delivery
- The products must be shipped back to us in new, re-saleable condition, and in the original packaging. If you have painted or altered the parts in any way, they will not be accepted or credited. We reserve the right to reject all returns on non-defective products and all returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the item shows up damaged, it must be signed for as “damaged” upon delivery, or it is not going to be eligible for exchange. Because some products may be damaged during transit, it is advised that you inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign the delivery receipt until all of the packages have been inspected and pass that inspection. If your package has been damaged, sign the delivery slip “damaged” and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Keep all the boxes and other packaging materials as they may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Please call Baazi Store within 48 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the damage claim being denied.

Damaged Shipments
- If your shipped order shows up with obvious damage, you can refuse to accept it and the shipping company will return the item(s) to the Baazi Store. Upon receiving the damaged order, Baazi Store will ship a replacement order at no cost to you.

Guarantee
- Baazi Store has a 14-day guarantee that covers every retail item we sell. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt. After the 14-day period, contact Baazi Store to get warranty contract information about additional manufacturer coverage.

Refused Shipments
- If you refuse delivery of your item, you will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee (35% on special orders). Before any future orders will be shipped to you, these charges must be paid in full.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, be sure to contact us at 91-8588035747. Do not cancel orders by e-mail or voicemail, it will not be processed. If your order is cancelled before shipping, but after the credit card has been charged, there will be a 10% order-processing fee assessed. Cancelling your order before your credit card is charged will not result in this fee. Please refer to the Merchandise Return above before returning an item for all items that have already been shipped. Please Note: Special order items cannot be cancelled.

Order Error
- If merchandise order has not been received, please email or call with complete details. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue in the most appropriate manner.

Pricing
- The pricing and items in stock are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any type of error, Baazi Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse the item within the order, or the entire order. If this happens, the customer will be credited the cancelled amount.

Partial Shipments
- Because we want to give you the best service available and to make shipping faster, Baazi Store reserves the right to divide the orders into separate shipments based on the availability of products. The customer will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees if the order is split into separate shipments.

Grievance redressal mechanism
If You have any complaint or grievance relating to any aspect of the Services, You may approach Our customer care and grievance redressal team for the resolution of such issues by writing to rupansh@casinokart.com.
You agree that all complaints and disputes at PokerBaazi are to be kept confidential. We will endeavour to resolve all grievances within a reasonable period, as mandated under applicable law. Any decision taken by Us relating to any complaint will be binding on the user.
